Drummond PROJECT: HERITAGE RENTAL TRANSFORMATION IN CARLTON

The Drummond Project is a heritage rental property located in Carlton, renowned for its great architectural elements but previously hindered by dated finishes. Our goal was to highlight the property’s best features, including stunning soaring ceilings, decorative moulding, and massive windows, while minimizing the impact of the outdated aspects.

We achieved this by artfully curating and strategically placing a mix of vintage and contemporary furniture, modern art, sculptural lighting, and luxurious rugs and linens. The result is a comfortable yet refined space that showcases the apartment’s most beautiful features, creating a harmonious blend of heritage charm and modern elegance.
